My story with Rolex CTW began around 6–7 years ago (I'm not exactly sure). At the time, I was in my third or fourth year of university. My mom wanted a Rolex, so we visited Rolex CTW, where we met P'Pang for the first time. She was incredibly helpful and took her time helping my mom choose the perfect watch. Eventually, my mom picked "Rolex Datejust with a meteorite dial", and she couldn't have been happier.

In the end of 2024, I wanted a Rolex of my own, but I was determined to buy it from an authorized dealer rather than the secondary market. I traveled to more than 30 countries and visited Rolex boutiques around the world—from Harrods in the UK to many stores across Europe—but I never received an offer.

One day, my mom suggested that we go back to Rolex CTW. Somehow, it felt like a miracle. Even after 6–7 years, P'Pang still remembered my mom. She was just as kind and helpful as ever, and thanks to her, I finally got my very first Rolex from the same authorized dealer where my mom had bought hers years before. It was an unforgettable moment.

Then, fast forward to last week—I got another dream watch from P'Pang.

Yes... **I GOT THE CALL!** i thought i got  scammed "Lol"

I was overjoyed. My mom and I went together to pick up the watch, and it became another unforgettable memory that we will always cherish.

I would like to leave a review regarding the excellent service provided by Weav (Paratchanan).

We visited your boutique yesterday. Originally, we had an appointment with another watch specialist, but we became available earlier than expected and arrived ahead of our scheduled time. Weav (Paratchanan) kindly welcomed us and assisted us instead.

We were genuinely impressed by how friendly, professional, and welcoming she was throughout our visit. She took the time to show us the Rolex models we were interested in, answered all of our questions, and added us to the interest list.

What stood out most was that it felt like she was genuinely interested in getting to know us rather than simply completing a transaction. She actively engaged in conversation, asked thoughtful questions, and made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the visit.

She also proactively offered to take photos for us, which was a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made the experience even more memorable.
